SIGNED by Ayn Rand, but unnumbered, this is one of only 300 copies of the Limited Edition, Rand's first LE, of Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal. Issued immediately after the initial 700 Signed and Numbered LE copies ran out, this printing contains an erratum slip, (not present in the 700 numbered copies) which itself contains an error! This printing is NOT listed in Vincent Perrin's meticulous bibliography of Ayn Rand's works, and was never announced in Rand's periodical, The Objectivist. Nathaniel Branden Institute, which taught courses in Rand's philosophy, sent a postcard notice to clients on its mailing list of this second printing. 

Far less common than the first printing, this beautiful copy is missing from most Ayn rand collections. A highly collectible copy, fine in a near-fine slipcase.
